Dr. Sandra Combs -- President, CEO

Sandi Combs has 31 years experience in education, from kindergarten through college. First as a teacher, now as an administrator, her credentials and PhD Degree in Educational Administration qualify her as an expert consultant. Her current educational experiences include being founder and Superintendent of the Yuba City Charter School; Special Education Teacher; and Chapman University Instructor in Secondary Teaching Strategies and Technology for Teachers. Her expertise in program design and implementation bring practical knowledge to the grant and curriculum writing process. Balancing staffing, budgeting, purchasing and client relations in addition to day to day troubleshooting make her a quality manager. Her innovation, creativity and boldness in program development have contributed to projects being launched, achieving funding and progressing to their successful progress and continuation or completion.
